I recently had the honour of engaging with a group of outstanding cadets from the National Cadet Corps (NCC)—and it was an experience I’ll cherish for a long time.
What impressed me most was their clarity of thought, strong values, and eagerness to grow. These young leaders carry themselves with discipline, humility, and confidence—a powerful combination that promises great things for the future.
While I was invited to share my experiences, I found myself learning just as much. Their questions sparked deep reflection, and their passion was genuinely energizing.
