ProCompass is a leadership coaching and executive development organisation led by Colonel Abir Dutta (Retd.), ICF-PCC—a military veteran, leadership development professional, and Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA.

We partner with organisations, educational institutions, teams, and professionals to build stronger leadership capability, sharpen decision-making, and enable sustained performance in complex and demanding environments.
